Introduction: My services include the following options in Seattle and Eastside: * Full Service Management * Initial meeting and consultation, including a free appraisal of rental value * Advertising and showing your home * Thorough credit and rental history report of prospective tenants done by a professional screening company at the tenant's expense * Negotiation and preparation of lease documents * Move-in inspection required by law * Continual contact with the tenant regarding rent collection and maintenance * All accounting activities including mortgage, insurance, tax, and bill payment * Detailed monthly statements showing all transactions * Thorough inspection following expiration of the lease The fees for these services are one month's rent for leasing and a monthly management fee of 10% of the monthly rental price.
