What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several packages for customers with different photo needs. Package rates are determined by number of photos needed, with $150 for up to 15 photos and $250 for up to 40 photos being the most popular packages. Aerial photo/video rates begin at $150, and videography available at $150 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer can see availability and book directly into the calendar from the website. Once booked, they will receive an automatic appointment confirmation email as well as a personal email indicating that I have read any notes or instructions and once again confirming appointment time and date, as well as the package ordered. I will arrive on time or a few minutes early, wait for access and then begin to work. After a quick look around to get a sense of the lighting and setup, I will get to work. It will take 30-60 minutes to complete photography, depending on variable factors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Curb Appeal Photo has been in the real estate photography business since 2006, with previous real estate photo experience back to 2003.
