Our project was on a very tight timeline, and we gave Nick zero notice. He got right to work and got us some shots the same day he got the permit to fly. Our architect didn't love the shots he took, which I explained to Nick, and he basically did a complete reshoot of the entire project for us, completely meeting the architects needs and in time for our deadline! Would definitely work with him again in the future on other projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable depending on the project. Bulk projects do get a discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I schedule a phone call to answer any questions you may have about the project and schedule a time and place to take the photos. I also get your email and phone number so that I can bill and deliver the finished work.
The day before the shoot I send a confirmation message with reminder for the appointment along with any reminders to make the shoot go as smooth as possible.
The day of the shoot, if you are not home or on site, I let you know when I arrive and when I finish.
During the editing process I send you previews to get input and comments about the work.
24-48 hours later I deliver the work via Dropbox and send final invoice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As a real estate photographer I constantly work with realtors, home owners and business owners. For commercial work I work with architects, construction companies, engineering firms and designers.
