Express roofing repaired my flat roof and prevented further structural damage to my house by adding a slant to the roof. They also identified and rebuilt rotted wood framing. The pricing was fair and the work was exceptional. I am planning to use them again for future projects.

Hector gave me a lot of great information over the phone then came to my place to assess roof leak situation within 45 minutes. He was able to get people to come in the afternoon when the rain let up to fix the issue. We ended up adding metal flushing around the skylight to redirect water, properly fix a plumbing spout that was only silicate sealed before. Turns out the builder didn’t even put water barrier between roof wood and shingles around the skylight. Hector’s team fixed all of it in one afternoon. Now hopefully we won’t have a leaky roof any more. Really appreciate the fast response and fast solution!

Hector & his team were exceptional. He was thorough, detailed, timely, knowledgable, & personable; he met or exceeded my expectations every step of the way! I felt like I was his one & only priority the entirety of the project. I am a high-end service business owner & have high expectations, & he treated me the way I'd treat my clients. I'd give him six stars if I could! We purchased a home in August with a "flawless" roof inspection, & then noticed what we thought was one leak coming in once the rain began. Hector identified all of the problem areas (five, total), made it very easy for me to understand what needed to be done & why, & then completed the work within days of his initial estimate, & left our home in perfect condition when it was all said & done, even sending his team back out the next day to ensure the clean up was flawless. It has since rained a ton (plus a large wind storm) & we've had the peace of mind knowing we hired Hector just in time! I have already passed on his info to family members, & will be using him as my go-to roofing expert from here on out.
