I was impressed by the professionalism of the three men who moved my household. They were careful with my furniture and ensured it was secure. They asked questions as to how I wanted things as they brought items into the new home. Customer service was excellent and most importantly to me, they didn't drag the job out to make it last longer. They efficiently and quickly loaded up and we were done in 5 hours. Compare that to my last move that took almost 9 hours. Two thumbs up for Don't Stop Moving!!

My name is Edward and I work for Wayfair.com. I contacted Chris to help a customer move a stove we sold her into her kitchen. He had the following to say "Thank you so much for the timely response to make the arrangements to get the stove from the porch into the kitchen. I sincerely appreciate your effective response. The stove was moved in early enough to schedule the hookup later today. It was so sad to see the stove within 10' of where it would be installed after waiting weeks without a stove to use. Chris and Eugene arrived on time, carefully unwrapped the stove, and carrying it into the house. In addition, they spent extra time at no extra charge to carefully lift the stove to put the feet on floor glides, and then leveling the stove. They were professional, courteous, and asked us for directions before starting. On finish, they checked to make sure there was nothing else we needed. Payment was the same as estimated, thanks for the advance notice so we could have payment ready." Thank you Chris and Eugene. You guys are amazing.

I contacted them with extreme short notice, and they showed up and happily knocked out the work climbing 4 sets of stairs to my 3rd floor apartment and finished in less than an hour. Great Job!!!
