Yuriy remodeled our staircase and we could not be more pleased with his work. He was very responsive from the beginning and gave room for negotiation on a fair quote for the project. KY Construction did great job on replacing my concrete stairs with a new Composite stairs ,deck and railing. I would highly recommend KY Construction.Attached are before and after pictures.

Yuriy/KY Construction did an awesome job at putting in red oak hardwood on our curved stairway. I would definitely hire them again if I need other flooring or my front porch redone. I love our new stairs. (Photos: before, after wood was laid by KY Construction, finished with Polyurethane by me)

Wow! Wow! Wow! There’s no words. Never ever think about hiring someone else for your stair and decking needs. My new exterior staircase is beyond amazing. The quality and sturdiness of this staircase is incredible. If my house doesn’t survive a 9.0 quake. This staircase will. Thank you!!!

My experience with KT Construction was second to none! When the thumbtack app suggested him, he called me in 15 minutes. Yuriy came to my house, gave me a very fair estimate and explained the steps he would take to repair my sinking front porch ( had a corner 4x4 that was rotting). He was on time, even with the STP bike race that comes thru my town! Yuriy and his assistant had the work completed in just a little over an hour. They were respectful of my yard and plants. They cleaned everything up and you cant even tell that a major repair went on! What a wonderful experience. I hope to have KT Construction back out to my home for another repair in a few weeks.I highly recommend Yuriy for your carpentry needs!
