Urban Railing recently completed a small project for me. I had an older outdoor stair railing that had become quite wobbly, and I was concerned it was a safety hazard. They installed a couple of new posts and anchors, and the railing is now solid and sturdy. They were punctual, easy to work with, and charged a fair price. I'd happily recommend them for similar railing repairs.
We are so delighted with our new railings. Petro Mukomol, the owner, showed up in person to take measurements the day after we spoke on rhe phone. The communication was great with clear expectations of the timeline involved. We will enjoy our new railing knowing our visitors are safe climbing our stairs. Thank you Urban Railings. We just moved into a new house and the deck railings were really old and spoiled the look of the house. We contacted Thumbtack and had 3 bids for railing replacement. Urban Railing was the most competitive and we could tell by the questions asked that these guys were really professional and knew what they were doing, making great design suggestions and always being responsive. They even were able to make last minute additions to the project. The result of their work is fantastic, the deck now looks so beautiful and classy. They were very communicative during the build process and always checking that we were happy with the work. The final design and build is stunning and we would 100% recommend Urban Railing.
