FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our handyman services are $75 per hour with a 2‑hour minimum due to travel time. After the first two hours, any additional 15 minutes activates the full next hour. We recommend clients have materials ready, as travel time for materials is billable. This fee includes up to 20 miles from our Seattle office; every additional 5 miles adds $0.80 per mile
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Maria, one of our partners, will contact you to ask a few questions about your project. She listens carefully to understand your needs and the results you’re looking for. Because we are also a General Contracting company, we determine whether your project is best billed hourly or as a flat fee. We offer both options because some jobs require a second person for safety or efficiency, and when that happens, the work moves beyond handyman services and becomes contractor‑level work. This approach ensures the most fair and convenient pricing for both sides
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed woman contractor with 8 years of experience in construction, restoration, and interior design. My team is made up of highly experienced professionals with 6 to 35 years in their trades. I also work in coordination with other trusted contractors, allowing my clients to receive all services in one place. I combine technical skill with a thoughtful, organized approach that helps homeowners feel supported and confident throughout their project.
