- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a shoot for the Snohomish County Helicopter Rescue Team. They are all volunteers, previously funded by a federal grant, but the state cut their budget, so they are looking to raise community support. I did a movie poster style ad for them as well as a short video with some of the people they rescued. Amazing people with amazing stories, and I couldn't have been happier to work with them. It also helps that swinging out of a helicopter is so much fun!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a wedding photographer, make sure you like their work, but also make sure you like that person! Your photographer will be right there next to you all day, so make sure you enjoy their company and that they are a good fit for you. It's essential to meet your photographer and make sure you click (no pun intended). Even if you aren't getting married, any photographer should be a people person that makes you feel comfortable. If you don't feel comfortable around them, then you aren't going to be happy with your pictures.
