I try to keep my prices as low as I possibly can so that I can help as many folks as possible. My pricing policy does account for and include overhead markup, sales tax, and any applicable merchant service fees.

Gather essential information and have an ice-breaker conversation to make sure there's a good initial fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of customer service work, many years training how to manage people, projects, time. Continuing education constantly for trade work to improve building practices to meet modern demands and stand the test of time.
