Missed 1st appointment window due to an emergency. It sounded like they had an urgent call - completely understandable given the line of work. If it were me having the emergency I'd really appreciate them bumping me to the front of the list. We rescheduled for the following day and the service was excellent. The technician let me know when they were on their way, was very knowledgeable about appliances, and gave me tips on what to check before calling them back out if there were problems in the future. Overall the work was excellent and a good value. Hope I never have problems again, but if I do, I'll be contacting this company first.

My washer contacted out on Sunday afternoon. I contacted Appliance ER repair and they answered immediately! They were able to come out first thing Monday morning to fix the washer! Saved my washing machine!
