- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With one quick phone call, or email us on site computer support will have someone at your home or place of business within 24 hours, and provide numerous resources to keep your system safe. Our prices start at $99 per hour for up to four hours (residential services only), or $149 an hour for businesses onsite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to all the customers via Thumbtack first after they have submitted a request. I will then work with them on issue offline via Email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
