I hired SleekSpace to turn my unfinished basement into an income property, and I can't begin to tell everyone how easy it was to work with them. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free.
Initially, one of their designers came to my home to look at the basement space and discuss my vision for the renovation. They listened carefully to what I wanted and proposed some great design ideas to maximize the space and create an attractive rental unit. Once we agreed on the plans, SleekSpace handled everything - obtaining permits, ordering materials, managing the construction crew. All I had to do was sit back.
Their team worked quickly but took care to pay attention to all the details. Before I knew it, my once drab and unutilized basement was transformed into a beautifully renovated studio apartment, complete with a kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom nook. The finishes were all high-quality and the design gave the space a modern, upscale feel that will really appeal to renters.
Once construction was complete, SleekSpace even helped me get the rental unit listed and marketed on Airbnb and other vacation rental sites. They have partnerships that made it simple to get premium listings with great photos showcasing the renovation.
As a first-time income property owner, I felt SleekSpace held my hand through every step of the process. If I didn't plan to personally manage this rental unit myself, I would definitely hire their management services as well based on what a stellar job they did with the renovation.
