FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Base Package: $380/month Includes 1 live session per week and your personalized weekly training programs. - Additional Live Sessions: $65/session For those who wish to incorporate extra live sessions beyond the weekly one included in the base package. I bill every 4 weeks, but you will receive your weekly program every Sunday. I do not program your full 4 weeks at one time because I am constantly modifying based on your prior week's performance, your feedback, and my observations about how you are moving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a 1 hour $180 initial assessment where I discuss your relevant medical and fitness history as well as your individual goals. I will perform postural and mobility assessments which provides me with critical information for how to program your workouts to be specific to you and reduce the likelihood of injury and try to minimize chronic pain when applicable. I limit the number of clients that I work with at any given time and have an on boarding process that ensures that we will be a good match (meaning that we are on the same page about what you would like addressed and I am confident that I can help you). This selective process ensures that I am able to give a significant amount of time and attention to every client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Biology from the University of California, Davis. I am a NASM certified Corrective Exercise specialist, Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach. I have also continued my education with specializations relevant to my target clientele which includes: - NASM Balance Training - NASM Cardiorespiratory Training for Sports Performance - AFAA Exercise as Anxiety Intervention - AFAA Midlife Fitness For Women - NASM Senior Fitness I strongly believe in having an integrative and comprehensive approach to training. A thorough and ongoing education has a large part in maintaining the quality of service I want to offer.
