- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my clients are referred to me by real estate agents I have a long track record with. These real estate agents are familiar with my fees and the process in which I conduct my inspections. However, I do have a pre-inspection agreement I go over with the client prior to the inspection. At this time, I go over the process of the inspection, and describe my limitations as a Washington State Home Inspector.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Home inspectors are required to have 24 hours of continuing education credits every 2 years.
