I was so impressed with Vlad and his helper - they helped solve an issue with the auxiliary heat on my heat pump. It had never been properly programmed by the original installer so it never came on, even though I had had the heat pump installed 2 years ago! Yikes - anyway our house feels warm finally! I'll be signing up for the yearly maintenance program with this company because I'm so impressed by them - thanks Vlad !

I came home from the hospital to a broken furnace and below freezing temperatures. I spent a lot of money trying to repair the furnace through another company who was unable to do anything more to fix my situation. Simply Efficient Heating was able to come out immediately, assess the issue and explain to me why a furnace repair wouldn’t work and why I needed a new furnace. They didn’t just automatically quote a new furnace. They made sure I understood the various operations and where it had failed. They went above and beyond to get a new furnace in within two days (type I needed wasn’t in stock). I wish I had discovered this company first. So many companies have made me feel like a nuisance asking for help. Simply Efficient Heating is quick, professional, and they treat their customers with respect. They truly wanted to help me.

Vladimir was very professional and helped my fix the furnace short cycling. I had a previous technician from another company and wasn’t able to fix the issue and suggested replace the whole system. Vladimir was able to diagnose the problem step by step and fixed the furnace completely.

After assuming a switch popped (going by YouTube reviews of similar issues with heating) I found Simply Efficient here on Thumbtack to avoid any DIY adventures on my part. Vladimir was very knowledgeable about the system and its symptoms. Ended up being capacitor was blown (see pic) but after it was replaced... system was operational once again. Very glad I went with Simply Efficient for my heating problem. Thank you!
