- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the type of service we provide. If this is a one-time project, we would quote the project price. If this would be an ongoing service, such as monthly bookkeeping or project management, we could likely agree upon a service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can discuss over the phone the challenges you are facing and the types of services you think you may need. We can then set up a face to face meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA in the State of WA.
