- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a basic minimum for local shows or dances. Longer hours, distance, and factors such as venue size, sound & lighting needs will be considered in our bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk or email with a new contact in order to set up all the details for the event. It helps to know about the venue, schedule and crowd in order to provide the most suitable arrangements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A music education AND many years of experience combine in our group. The educational background is helpful for the musical aspects of playing. The experience of performing for many years contributes to having a professional and classy music group.
