- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give straightforward quotes before any work starts. No surprise fees, no upselling you on things you don't need. Pricing depends on the job, but you'll know what it costs before we touch anything. We'd rather earn your trust than squeeze a ticket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call or reach out, we ask a few questions to understand what's going on, and we get someone out to take a look. From there we give you a straight answer on what it needs and what it'll cost. If you want to move forward, we schedule the work and get it done. Pretty simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA 608 certified and hold the licenses required to work in Washington state. Most of the team has been in the trades for years, some over a decade. A lot of what we know came from doing the work, not just studying for a test.
