Introduction: Hello and welcome to my Thumbtack page. My name is Jaysen Johnson and I have been building and repairing computers since I was 15. I have over 20 years of combined experience as both a hobbyist and an IT Professional. I am a graduate of Spokane Community College with an Associate Degree in Network Design and Administration. I graduated top of my class with President's Honor Roll. I also hold my CompTIA A+ certification which demonstrates my competency in computer hardware and troubleshooting. I've worked with all versions of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server. I am also skilled in Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu Linux distributions. IT work is not just another job for me, it is a passion and I love helping others solve their computer dilemmas. I do not use computer jargon, I speak to each and every client using plain English and I am very patient. It is my goal to ensure that my clients understand what I am doing every step and are educated on how to keep problems from returning. After meeting Jaysen and.watching how he works, I am thoroughly grateful that I chose him over the other Thumbtack options I had. Conscientious, thorough, VERY capable, and thoroughly trustworthy. As a single, older woman, I had the usual fears for my safety, thinkng of spending time with a guy, sight inseen. I had nothing to worry about. Ehat a gentleman thus young man is! Not only was I completely safe, but I was never made to feel like an IT- ignorant middle aged woman. You women out there know what I'm talking about! In 2 hours, Jaysen worked on 3 computers.transferred materal, consolidated my 1000 plus pictures, gave me a Spotify account and set up a solid back up system......I recommend Jaysen's work without any reservation. But then, you've already.guessed that!
