- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are always discussed and gone over thoroughly on what they include before we are start work or sign a contract. And price is always negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a time to meet with the customer and look at the work site. I will go over in detail EXACTLY what the customers expectations are of me. Giving suggestions and professional opinions when needed to help ease the customers stress. I will answer any questions the costumer may have. Next I will prepare a detailed estimate for the customer. Emailing, faxing, or hand delivering and going over the estimate to assure I have addressed everything the customer needs. When the customer is ready the customer and I will sign a contract for services. A deposit will be collected for any construction services and we will schedule a time for the work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by master builders in the Washington Builders Association.
