- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are multiple pricing avenues. A flat rate works for those who want very standard service. I show up, everything is ready for me, I pour drinks for a few hours and go. I will send you a menu of services, and packages for you to choose from once you contact me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact me, I'll ask you about your event. How do you want things to look and feel? How involved with the creative process you would like me to be. Am I pouring beer, wine, and mixing standard drinks? Classic cocktails? Do you want a signature cocktail that offers a more personal touch for your guests? Or would you like a menu written and a big show? Maybe you want advice on flavors and what works for the type of event you're throwing. We can make it simple, or very detailed and in depth. It's all about you and your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of bartending experience. Bar management. Creating menus, and signature cocktails to reflect the personality of the business. I have participated in multiple events with hundreds of people, and really enjoy making drinks for people.
