This is an excellent company. I couldn't have been happier with the work they did in renovating my basement bathroom, bedroom, hallway, and hall closet. I had a flood and everything had to be reconstructed from floor to ceiling. The crew is great - Chris, Brett, Luis, Mike, Chad, Brandon - all hard working, intelligent men with good taste and an artistic eye...I really appreciated the help I received in making choices and decisions - a very reliable crew and well managed. I have had Rob and his crew do several projects in our home (built in 1938) since we moved into it in June. They assisted with moving a wall and replacing our flooring in our basement, retiling our shower, and many other jobs we needed assistance with from our inspection. We loved his crew and their work so much that we have a long list we are continuing to work our way through with them. They are currently building us custom built-in benching in our dining room and assisting with refinishing our cabinets in our kitchen. Rob is very thoughtful about the budget of our projects and has helped us find ways to afford projects that we wouldn’t be able to make happen without him. We are so grateful to his team and have referred them to our family for projects as well. They will absolutely continue to be our go-to when it comes to any house projects!

These guys were phenomenal to work with. Excellent value - they do great work, don’t cut corners, and paid attention to detail. Not to mention very punctual and professional - they even finished the job earlier than expected! Huge thanks to Rob, Mike, Brandon, and Chris for all their hard work (& willingness to put up with my dog!). Would highly recommend these guys for any home renovation projects and will certainly be using them on future home renovations!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company consists of my son and I so we are able to keep are prices low and very competitive. We do hire subs for plumbing and electrical work but we do everything else. We discuss material and construction options that will save our customer money and we shop our suppliers to find the best price for those materials and we pass the savings on to the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the customer so we know exactly what they would like done at their property before we come up with a quote. We take the time to go over the customers plans and then we discuss material choices and timelines and then finally price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in construction in 1986 as an apprentice doing residential remodel work. I learned from one of the best trim carpenters in the St. Paul/Mpls area and I continued learning from him until 1991 when he retired. I started investing in rental real estate in 1991 after I got my brokers license and with every property we rehabbed came more experience.
