I hired Steve to uninstall a poorly done window AC install and fix it. He was clear about his capabilities and had one of his guys assist. He was prompt in his text and email replies, did a beautiful, secure installation and even assisted with the documentation I needed to get a refund on the poorly done installation. First time making a permanent change in first home and Steve not only installed the unit perfectly, but also let me assist as a kinaesthetic learner so going forward I can install these shelves confidently while also now knowing how different aspects of the hardware work. His visit saved us the worry of installing incorrectly as well as additional time of trying to do it myself and second guessing.
