Jeff was nice, but was fid not have the knowledge, experience or skill to do the job he agreed to do. I asked him to excavate and build a small retaining wall. It was a mess from the start and I had to let him go with a mess in my back and side yard. He refused to refund any of my 1/2 down payment. Would not recommend.
