I have one small rental that had a kitchen floor that needed subfloor repair, and vinyl flooring installation. I was unable to meet Pavel in person, so he was able to do all the work while I was out of town. We communicated through Thumbtack, and he sent me pictures of the progress of the work, and pictures of the finished floor. I was also able to pay him electronically. Pavel made the process very easy, and he completed the project for me in one day. I would definatlely reach out to Pavel for help if you need it!

He’s an amazing worker, very fast and focused on his work . He was patient with me due to running late to my arrival to meet him ,which I appreciated greatly. You provided him pictures he will be happy to discuss an estimate price. I provided how horrible my spots were vs how he fixed them . I promise you , you would want him to work with you

Great. Would hire again. Easy to coordinate, schedule, and pay. Re-carpeted a whole room for me and matched the carpet to the other carpets in the house. Communicated mostly via text which was appreciated.
