- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing based on size which most customers recieve over thumbtack then based on severity or previously completed/started work (as long as it doesn't increase difficulty) we apply discounts that are customers come back for
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting a basic idea of the project and getting a good ball park estimate to show our customers how much it could potentially cost, then find ways to cut there bill usually by 10% and staying very competitive
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a good group of guys all ready to exceed your expectations. Each individual is assigned projects best suited to your specific needs and there expertise. Combined over 40 years!
