- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! Upon hire we provide training on our systems and proper use of tools. We show them our GROW program that allows pay advances as a team member furthers their education such as getting a pesticide license, etc. We also have training events that we travel to and bring different team members with us to learn and grow.
