- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125/hr. We budget the number of estimated hours per task. A standard website will run about $5,000 +, logos run about $1,500 and other services can be between 2-20 hours on average.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down and visit, preferably over coffee. We discuss the business or organization, the goals and briefly touch on audiences. We then determine if it's a great fit for both parties, then Switch Up will submit an estimate for services. We will meet again to go over the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as the owner of the business I recently earned a certification in Business Coaching and Mentoring. We plan to invest in more courses going forward.
