- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for New Clients Initial Contact You reach out via phone, email, or our website with details about the property and services needed. Scheduling We find a convenient date and time for the shoot, and confirm the scope (photography, floor plans, drone, etc.). On-Site Shoot We arrive on time, professionally capture the property, and ensure all requested services are covered. Post-Production Photos and other assets are edited and delivered within 24–48 hours via a download link. Review & Follow-Up You receive the final files and can request minor edits if needed. We follow up to make sure you're fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained extensively in real estate and architectural photography, including hands-on workshops in composition, lighting, and post-processing. I’m certified to operate drones for aerial photography (FAA Part 107 or local equivalent if applicable), and I use industry-standard tools like CubiCasa for accurate floor plans and Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop for editing. My workflow is built on both formal instruction and years of practical experience shooting properties, so clients get professional-quality visuals with fast turnaround.
