John and his team are great in many ways. I needed to pretty much empty my 4 bedroom house for an interstate move. John responded quickly on Thumbtack, paid a visit to my home, and provided a reasonable estimate. One thing that was important to me was to know what John would do with the furnitures. My furnitures were in great condition, and it was good to hear that they would be donated as much as possible. He showed me the vehicles he has to do the job. Knowing about his vehicle to remove stuff from house was super important to me as that gave me confidence that John can get the job done with the estimate he has quoted. He and his team came on time and worked very hard to remove all the items in great detail. He couldn’t finish removing everything from my house on day 1 because both the trucks got full. So he came again on the next morning and took care of the rest. Both the days, weather was not in our favor as it was freezing temperature. His team worked really hard. John showed great passion for his work and we had nice chitchat along the way. It was awesome to hire him and work with him.

John is always an absolute pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond my expectations every time we’ve interacted. The amount of junk this man can haul away for a reasonable price is honestly, beyond reason. John even purchased my kiddos ice cream from ice cream truck as it went by.
