- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bookkeeping and Reporting Everything is included (see next FAQ for details) in one ‘Flat Rate’ paid monthly. Pricing starts at $145 per month. If your freelancer and ‘Solo’preneur pricing starts at $95 a month. Ask me if you qualify. Full service Payroll Bi-weekly Payroll for up to 5 employees $145 per month ($10 for ea employee after 5) Quickbooks Online Consulting/Start Up/Fix Up - $35-55/hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bookkeeping is done remotely. -Bills are automatically uploaded into clients accounting software via email, online drop box, or smartphone app. -Once entered I verify accuracy than pay the bill online or set to print depending on the agreement with the client. -The uploaded document is stored digitally and attachment to the bill in the clients accounting app. Its also stored in the automated entry app. Bi-Weekly or Monthly Payroll is done remotely -Hours for payroll is entered by each employee on their free smartphone app or emailed. -Direct Deposit is included and takes 2 days. -All Payroll Taxes and Forms are submitted electronically automatically as soon as payroll is approved. Also included. - W-2's and Quarterly Taxes and Forms are also included. - Onboarding new employees are also included. They receive a welcome email with a link and instructions. - Each employee has access to all their pay stub and w-2 information through an online portal.
