- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are hourly regardless of the size of the audience (prefer 20 or more).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you to gather information on specific issues or challenges that are occurring in your organization to make sure they are addressed in the training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised by a single mother, I'm the youngest of 6 kids (mom) and oldest of 4 (dad). I've been married for 26 years and I'm a father of 3 kids. I was bullied as a kid and as an adult. I've been age, racially and sexually discriminated against. I have 21 years of military leadership experience at the junior through executive levels as a Combat Medic. I also have 13 years of Diversity & Inclusion and Sexual Misconduct Bystander Intervention Training (BIT) experience. I've trained over 10,000 people on BIT including in a combat zone. I have personal experience with the topics I talk about and share my stories during the training. I have 16 years experience as a High school and Middle school Track & Field, Hurdles coach.
