FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a hairstylist, having a standard pricing system is essential for ensuring transparency and fairness with clients. I believe in providing clear and concise pricing information upfront, so clients can make informed decisions about which services they would like to book. My pricing system is based on the complexity of the service, the time it will take to complete, as well as the products and tools required. I am always happy to discuss pricing with clients and answer any questions they may have. Overall, I strive to provide quality services at fair and reasonable prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a hairstylist, my typical process for working with a new customer involves several steps. First, I like to have a consultation with the client to discuss their hair goals and any concerns they may have. This allows me to create a customized plan that is tailored to their specific needs. Next, I will analyze their hair type, texture, and condition to determine the best products and techniques to use. During the styling process, I will provide tips on how to maintain the look and recommend products to help them achieve their desired results at home. Finally, I will ask for feedback to ensure the client is satisfied with their new hairstyle and make any necessary adjustments. Overall, my goal is to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for each and every client.
