Our HVAC system wasn’t producing heat so we reached out to Aakool. He helped us check and made us realize we don’t have an HVAC problem but a pipe problem in the walls somewhere. He gave us some tips on how to protect the machine with the problem at hand. Thankful for his help!

Our mini splits were not working and we booked Firas for a service call to check on them. Firas identified that the issue was with the control board of the outdoor unit and suggested to replace the control board. We went with Firass diagnosis and had him working on the actual repair work. The mini splits are working again now so we are happy with Firass service!

Firas did an amazing job. The baseboard heater in my young daughter's room stopped working which was a problem with the cold weather. Firas came, assessed the problem, looked for solutions, and presented them to us. He unfortunately encountered a faulty replacement product (no fault of his) and went to get us a new one even though it meant working later into the evening. We really appreciate his dedication as my daughter will have heat in her room tonight. Highly recommend!

Faras is a great guy , he arrived on time and immediately picked up on the problem. Our digital thermostat was acting wonky. After some inspection he was able to pick up the issue and resolve it. He took his time explaining the issue to us and patiently ran through some tests with us. Overall very happy with the service we received. Would highly recommend

Had a great experience working with Aakool heating and cooling! I had mini splits giving out bad smell so got their help diagnosing the problem as well as doing routine maintenance. We asking them about the type of system they have and make the schedule to come out and check what they need. And for the new customers we give them a $25 discount for first call.
