- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A site visit is typically the best place to start. This allows us to assess the existing conditions and understand your vision for the final result. With countless material options available, we’ll help you choose between natural and engineered surfaces, explaining the benefits and considerations of each. Next, we’ll go over design details—such as layout, features, and seam placement—based on your chosen materials. From there, we can provide a realistic timeline and a clear, competitive estimate. Our ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality, custom installations while keeping costs reasonable and expectations transparent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over a decade of experience in the remodeling industry—including time spent in showroom sales—we bring a well-rounded perspective to every project. We began with a strong foundation in stone and tile work and have since expanded into full bathroom and kitchen remodels, combining technical expertise with design insight.
