- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For panel changes, service changes, additions, adding in lighting, new construction, and any other project level that exceeds an hour or 2 of repairs, we come out to give free estimates. For troubleshooting calls, repairs, and inspections, we charge $280 for the first hour and $180 per hour after that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask about their location and scope of project. If the scope is small, we setup a time to come out and get it taken care of, if the scope is ambiguous or lengthy, we come out to give a free estimate on it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IBEW 76 01 apprenticeship, that covers a large array of electrical work and applicable theory.
