FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $155 to come out and troubleshoot/diagnose a problem. This does not include materials and tax. Thumbtack does charge a lead fee, so depending on the lead fee this will usually be tallied into the price quoted as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to gather as much information as I can from the customer via video, pictures, email, and text to put together an idea of what the job entails before visiting the jobsite or putting together a quote. This helps ensure I have all the information I need to put together an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career as a Residential Electrician and received my training from our local 76 union as a Commercial Electrician. Additionally, I hold certification as an 01 Administrator, which enables me to operate my own business and obtain permits for both commercial and residential projects.
