- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep things as transparent and friendly as possible. Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, the craftsmanship, and the care we put into every project. We’re always happy to walk you through the estimate so you know exactly what’s included—no surprises. If you ever have questions, just ask. We’re here to help and make sure you feel great about the investment in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we like to start off with a friendly chat. We’ll talk about what they’re envisioning, what their goals are, and just get a feel for their project. After that, we usually set up a site visit so we can see the space in person and offer some ideas. From there, we’ll put together a clear, detailed estimate and timeline. We make sure to walk our customers through everything so they feel comfortable and know exactly what to expect. Once we start the project, we keep the communication open and easy—kind of like talking to an old friend. We want it to be a smooth and enjoyable experience from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got a blend of hands-on experience and some solid training under my belt. I started out by learning on the job, working alongside experienced contractors who taught me the ropes of everything from framing to finishing. Over the years, I’ve also taken courses in construction management and various certifications to make sure we’re up-to-date with the latest building codes and techniques. All of that combined means I can bring both practical know-how and a professional approach to every project. I love sharing that experience with our customers so they know they’re in good hands!
