- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know their honest and looking make the floors beautiful again to make sure everything is done the right way the first time so there’s no inconvenience to the customer that I stand behind everything I do an issue I don’t walk away I make sure it’s done and I take care of it. I’m honest and upfront. I don’t lie to a customer to make them feel good about what I’m doing. I tell him the truth every step of the way that’s the most important thing you can you tell the truth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, first of all, we want to listen to what the customer wants and what their needs are, and go over the project step-by-step with them, hands-on and set up a format that works perfectly for them cater to the customer is the best way to go to customers needs a foremost first. If it’s something that cannot be done the right way we explained the customer why that is and the purpose for what we’re doing every jobs different there’s different obstacles in procedures at times make it to the customers where are the next right thing to do is the professional way the right way is most important
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
