Lock Installation and Repair

Jim was great. Responsive, professional, communicated that he was running behind and had the lock fixed in under an hour. Stayed well within the estimate. Would highly recommend.

Lock Installation and Repair

Customer service was excellent! Jim came and took time to carefully assess the old lock/doorknob to determine best course of action. Our new doorknob is fantastic...very pleased!

Lock Installation and Repair

The key was stuck at an angle in the driver's side door. Jim came to my employment and removed the key easily. Jim was easy to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend him and will use his services again when I have a need.

I just bought a cargo carrier for my SUV from a private owner. It was really cheap because he'd lost the key but it was in fantastic shape otherwise. I went to Jim, 5 minutes before he was closing and he was very friendly and accommodating and explained what he was doing as he went and was very reasonable price wise. I paid him extra because he was very good, professional, friendly and really just went out of his way to help. I HIGHLY recommend him!
