FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on Washington State notarial fees, travel distance, appointment complexity, witness requirements, hospital or healthcare facility coordination, and after-hours availability. Estate planning packages, Powers of Attorney, hospital signings, and apostille services are quoted individually. All pricing is provided and approved before the appointment is confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by confirming the document type, number of signers, location, witness requirements, and preferred appointment time. I then provide transparent pricing and appointment confirmation. At the signing, I verify identification, witness signatures when required, and ensure documents are completed accurately and professionally. For apostille and international document requests, I also assist clients with document preparation, notarization requirements, and Washington Secretary of State authentication procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Washington State commissioned Notary Public and NNA Certified Signing Agent with a completed background screening. I carry $100,000 E&O insurance and continue ongoing education related to loan signings, identity verification, and notarial best practices.
