I never thought I could find motivation to get rid of fast food and going to the gym, although I was worried about my health. Anthony made possible to me what I thought was impossible. I am enjoying a healthy nutrition and going to the gym. My health has improved dramatically and getting better shape. 5 stars don’t even come close to being a worthy rating for this guy. Not only is he affordable, knows his stuff, has experience in pretty much any field of health and fitness you can think of, checks in with you even if it’s not workout related, just to see how you’re doing, gets you great results and helps you reach your goals, but he’s also just a really great guy who wants what you want, to feel good about yourself and reach your goals. I’ll continue to work with him as long as he’ll have me. I actually deleted thumbtack for a while because I only used it to find a trainer, but then I was looking for another service and I felt the need to leave this review once I downloaded it again. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a trainer, or healthy life style guide, he’s the one for you. 1000/10

Absolutely amazing!!!! Anthony helped me so much with my health journey. He was able to put me on a plan and keep me motivated to loose weight and keep it off. Anthony helped me loose 20 lbs in the two months I worked with him. He kept tabs on me and updated my workouts and meals. He is also very quick and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Anthony. He's a very intelligent trainer who is highly qualified at putting meal plans together for you and whatever health conditions you may have. He takes time to communicate with you and consideration for your thoughts on how he's doing. He has great workouts. I lost 12 pounds in just 3 weeks!!! I highly recommend him
