- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is never set in stone and is typically a blended rate, which means lower total costs. I also offer flat-rate pricing (as in the case for logo designs among others), as well as hybrid billing (combining hourly rates and flat-rates) for certain line-item milestones. I do my best to provide fair and accurate estimation before your project begins; Similarly, I attempt to keep any and all projects aligned to your estimate. Final fees and expenses shall be shown when the final invoice is rendered. Any overages are communicated in advance before the work is done.

I'll outline my workflows with you during a discovery phase of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in liberal studies, which promotes multi-disciplinary learning. As a result, I'm well-versed in psychology, sociology, aesthetics, and communications. I'm also self-taught: A university degree will only do so much to prepare you for working at an agency. As a result, much of my practical knowledge comes from consistently exploring new techniques and skills that relate directly to staying relevant for myself and the businesses I represent.
