I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without Amanda on my wedding day. From the planning beforehand to everything she handled the day of, she was absolutely amazing.
Amanda is SO meticulous and somehow thinks of everything. There were things she brought up during planning that had never even crossed my mind. Then, on the actual wedding day, Amanda was solving problems I didn’t even know had come up because she handled them before they had the chance to become my problem. She truly protected my peace and my time and let me just be the bride and enjoy my day.
Amanda kept everything moving, made sure we stayed on schedule, and handled all the little details behind the scenes. Bonus: She always seemed to know when I needed a little reassurance and brought such a calm, comforting presence to the day.
I cannot recommend Amanda enough. She is organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the people she is working with. One of the best decisions you can make for your wedding is having Amanda in your corner. 🤍

"Phenomenal Day-of Coordinator! Exceptional communication, organization, and support.”
Amanda was a phenomenal Day-of Coordinator! She was incredibly responsive and an excellent communicator. She scheduled meetings with us prior to our Big Day and asked us important questions we did not even think about. She was exceptional at coordinating with our venue staff, vendors, live band, and wedding party. She even helped us book a fantastic photographer!
She helped us create to-do lists and a day-of time line. As a result, everything ran as smooth as silk. She even served as our emcee and made sure the events planned out for our Special Day went at a good pace.
Most importantly, we felt she supported our vision and maintained our wishes including decor, playlists, speeches, and the overall vision of the day. We went for a celestial harvest aesthetic!
Finally, Amanda even stuck around to organize clean up and make sure the final walk through was to our venues standards. She had to gather soooooo many pumpkins!
We cannot recommend Amanda enough as the Coordinator for your Special Day. Because of her excellent communication, organization, professionalism, and work ethic, our Wedding was better than we could have ever hoped for. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda Rae coordinated our wedding reception in the summer of 2017. She was wonderful-- professional, reliable, super-prepare, and she made our day go so smoothly. She handled all the venue communications and vendor issues with ease. Amanda's DOC skills really made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our celebration, and we loved working with her!

Amanda was the day-of coordinator/emcee for my wedding and she is a total BOSS. She kept everything running smoothly and on time from start to finish, was calm and collected, wrangled people with ease, and at the last minute, arranged a wonderful surprise send-off from our family and friends! I would have been totally lost that day without her there and I am forever grateful. I can't recommend her enough!

We were so fortunate to have Amanda as the day of coordinator for our wedding!
She handled all of our day of our logistics. She helped put together our entire wedding timeline for all of our vendors and was the main point of contact for them. Weddings can be very stressful and Amanda took care of every single details. The entire wedding (9 hours from start to finish) went by so smoothly. Amanda made sure everyone was on time and everyone (including the vendors) were where they needed to be. If you are looking for a planner for your wedding or any type of event please hire Amanda, you will not regret it!
Lastly, I will say that Amanda is fabulous event coordinator because she is organized, thorough, patient, and most importantly, because she genuinely care’s.
