I hired Valadez this September to replace the siding on my entire house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I chose pre-colored Hardie board, which meant no painting was needed after installation — and the finished look turned out absolutely beautiful.
From our very first meeting, Valadez was patient and thorough, asking detailed questions about how I wanted the work done and what kind of finished look I was going for. He then took the time to explain everything to his crew and made sure they followed my requirements exactly. He even went above and beyond by perfectly repairing a few areas I hadn't noticed myself.
The project was completed right on schedule, exactly within the timeframe I requested. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the overall result exceeded my expectations.
I will definitely be hiring Valadez again — I already have plans to have them replace my roof in the near future. If you're looking for reliable, skilled, and professional contractors for siding or roofing work, I highly recommend Valadez without hesitation!

Rafael and his team have been great to work with, they do a nice job and are great about suggesting next steps when we have run into extra things that need to be done. I will continue to use Valadez Construction for my home improvement projects in the future.
