Yes, an estimate or invoice consists of the cost of materials, labor based on an hourly rate and tax. Labor is typically $40.00 per hour, projects requiring more than one laborer are an extra 40.00 per hour.

Establish what the customers needs are and provide the customer with the honest truth about how much it is going to cost and how long it is going to take.

The most common things I do are: 1. Miscellaneous residential handy man repairs 2. Repair and rebuild decks and fences. 3. Re-start or replace garbage disposals. 4. Repair severe water and insect damage in shower stalls and under sinks.
