I have had problems with this bedroom door for the longest. I have had my daughter help me fix it multiple times. Finally, I decided to call a professional. David was on time and personable as well as professional. He actually fixed my problem and it wasn't a huge dent in my expenses. He also advised me on what I can do to improve the durability of my kids door situation. The door opens and closes easily now and is no longer rubbing on the floor! I would absolutely call this company again! I also would like to add that I was contacted rather quickly with very little waiting for a reply.
