- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic visits are $99. If it turns into a repair of $500 or more, that $99 comes off the total. No hidden trip charges or surprise add-ons — price is in writing before any work starts. Financing’s available on larger repairs and installs + annual maintenance plans. All information available on our website ****************
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Real diagnostic first — testing and measuring, not guessing. You get the actual problem and a price in writing before anything gets touched. If you move forward, I schedule it, do it right the first time, and walk you through what was done. No pressure to replace or upgrade anything that doesn’t need it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I built my HVAC experience here in the U.S. through years of hands-on field work — real systems, real problems, real diagnostics, not classroom theory. I also passed the Washington state licensing exam and hold an HVAC/R specialty contractor license, bonded and insured.
