Roman fixed a leak in my HVAC system and I couldn't be happier with the service. He gave me a fair quote upfront, then lowered the price once he found the problem and saw it was a straightforward fix. That kind of honesty is rare. Excellent, Honest HVAC Service — Highly Recommend!
I recently hired Heisenberg to convert my basic Mitsubishi thermostat (no Wi-Fi) to a Smart Ecobee thermostat (Wi-Fi enabled, can be controlled remotely), and I couldn't be happier with the results. Roman, the owner, was knowledgeable and prompt, and gave me a straightforward, no-nonsense quote from the start.
The job took about 4 hours and required a few additional components beyond the original scope — but Roman didn't upcharge me for any of it. He simply got the job done right. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days.
Beyond his technical skill, Roman is just a genuinely kind and wonderful person. He was patient with my questions, friendly throughout the whole process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely easy. Roman at Heisenberg HVAC saved me from having to replace my old AC. Diagnostic visits are $99. If it turns into a repair of $500 or more, that $99 comes off the total. No hidden trip charges or surprise add-ons — price is in writing before any work starts. Financing’s available on larger repairs and installs + annual maintenance plans. All information available on our website ****************
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Real diagnostic first — testing and measuring, not guessing. You get the actual problem and a price in writing before anything gets touched. If you move forward, I schedule it, do it right the first time, and walk you through what was done. No pressure to replace or upgrade anything that doesn’t need it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I built my HVAC experience here in the U.S. through years of hands-on field work — real systems, real problems, real diagnostics, not classroom theory. I also passed the Washington state licensing exam and hold an HVAC/R specialty contractor license, bonded and insured.
