Daniel showed up on Sunday when other service providers were mostly unavailable. We just moved into a new home in July, and the first unfortunate thing we noticed was that the air conditioning split units were not cooling, and one of them was seriously leaking and dripping. Daniel identified and isolated the root of the issue, which was from wiring and sending the wrong message and refrigerant to the leaking unit. So he fixed it confidently and saved us the fresh move hassle of dealing with HVAC issues. Highly recommend for honest and professional service. I trusted them and signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

Daniel was great—friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to show me how my HVAC system works and how to change the filters, which I appreciated. Daniel with Air Guide Heating & Cooling out of Vancouver, WA did an awesome job getting our HVAC system running again. Our system stopped working and he quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed contactor switch. During the repair, he also found that the outdoor coil was extremely plugged up and needed a deep cleaning. After performing the cleaning and repairs, the system is cooling better than ever! Daniel was professional, honest, and very thorough throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Air Guide Heating & Cooling if you’re looking for quality HVAC service in the Vancouver/Portland area.

Yurii and Daniel with Air Guide were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and did an excellent job cleaning my outdoor coil. They explained everything clearly, were professional, and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. Highly recommend them if you need HVAC service.
